i.How is commission structured?+
A flat percentage of collected revenue, defined in the term sheet and paid on a monthly cadence. Rate is set during the strategy call based on offer type, deal size, and sales cycle length. There is no base, no setup fee, no per-seat license, and no monthly minimum.
ii.What if a deal refunds or churns?+
Commission is paid on collected revenue. If a deal refunds inside the clawback window written into the term sheet, the corresponding commission reverses. Both sides have alignment on retention, not just the initial close.
iii.Who owns the customer relationship?+
You do. The customer pays you, is onboarded by you, and is delivered to by you. We hand off a closed-won deal and the relationship is yours to keep, expand, and renew. We never insert ourselves between you and your customer base.
iv.How fast can engagement begin?+
From signed term sheet to first live dial is typically 14 days. Days 1 to 7 cover playbook, list, CRM and AI stack setup. Days 8 to 14 are pressure testing on real outbound. By day 15, the calendar is booking discovery calls.
